WYNF –Tampa Bay was the greatest experience ever in radio. From 1981 until 1992 I grew up. Became a man and went from "doing radio" to "having a career". Bobby Lawrence, Clint Sly, and George Hawras, Carey Curelop, Chris Wheat, Don Marion, Shawn Portmann, Tom Marshall and even Tim Smith and myself are just some of the management yahoos who created and then steered our team over the years rockin' Tampa Bay. My brothers Scott Phillips and Ron Diaz, Bennington and Fez, Jack Strapp, Cambell, Capone, Robert Reed, Walt-Bob, Russ Albums and all the chick jocks that everyone thought everyone else was screwing. It was a great time... it was a great job ... It was simply great! I miss it! LOTS!!!
