Glen Scott

Glen had a 500 watt radio station humming, giving the big boys a run for their money during the 1970's at WFSO. He was the Program Director and Mid Day host.

Glen Scott discovered Ozzie Osborne. He was the first to play Black Sabbath in the USA, and was instrumental in getting them booked to the Bayfront Center in St Pete to kick off their first American tour.

Glen lived in the bay area, out of radio and into the electronics business. Great sense of humor and a great joke puller. One of the nicest people to work with.

On a sad note, former WFSO PD and afternoon man Glen Scott passed away after a long battle with cancer.
