Joe Padilla is no model citizen, this is one bad apple. American born in Brooklyn, he moved to Chicago at age 5, and was involved with Puerto Ricangangs at an early age. After moving to south Florida, he was busted on a weapons charge; seems he got a little angry while driving his car, roadrage; he ended up in a Florida State prison. It is there our little Jose became a Muslim.

Padilla made a trip to Pakistan and Afghanistan, trained with the al- Aqaeda folks and majored in nuclear chaos. His mission, to find a target in the US of A for a "dirty bomb". He was going to nuke his native country, us! I cannot believe how many "jihad" sympathizers we have in this country. Cries of "he is being denied his rights" ring loudly from the left corridors in this great land.

This cretin is being held in a military jail in South Carolina, and he may not see the light of day for a long time. He is being held as a "military combatant" which means he is not entitled to an attorney, nor phone calls, nor any amenities a regular US citizen would have. Too bad, bad choice on his part to want to make us glow in the dark.

It is time to decide, are you with us or against us. There is no middle ground in this battle. There is no gray area. You are either for the United States of America in its battle against terrorism, or you are with the terrorist.
