Several victims of the Oklahoma City bombing have filed a lawsuit against Iraq, alleging they were in concert with Timothy McVeigh in the horrible act, which claimed 168 lives in 1995.

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit, and it brings forth some credible evidence.

Larry Anderson a former CIA agent claims an Iraqi Intelligence agent was seen on video running from the Ryder truck with McVeigh, minutes before it exploded. This man was supposedly John Doe #2. According to McVeigh's original attorney, Stephen Jones, the FBI withheld evidence from the legal defense team.

There is evidence McVeigh and accomplice Terry Nichols attempted to blow up another target before the Murrah building but failed, and it was not until Nichols returned from a trip to the Philippines, that they were successful in blowing up the federal building. The lawsuit claims Nichols learned the bomb making secrets from radical Muslim fundamentalist in the Philippines.

Could the Clinton administration have withheld key evidence in this case, to frame the action on the right wing militia movement? The lawsuit cites foreign and U.S. intelligence and law enforcement documents, as well as accounts from unnamed witnesses and sealed trial records.

Abdul Hakim Murad, who was in jail awaiting trial for an airline bombing plot at the time, also fingered Iraq. Murad claimed it was the work of the Ramsi Yousef network, and with help from Iraq.

At this time, Interpol is still looking for 2 other suspects, including a foreign national. Stephen Jones says McVeigh was set up as a patsy by Nichols, who worked in concert with Islamic fundamentalist. Could Nichols hold the key to the real culprits in the Oklahoma City bombing?

That's how I see it!
