The United States Secretary of Health Tommy Thompson was at the Worlds AIDS Conference in Spain to deliver an address, when he was rudely interrupted by protesting homosexuals yelling “shame!, shame!”

What made it more disturbing was most of the protestors were Americans. “Shame on who?” Can not be on the US Government, which spends $125,000 yearly for every AIDS death. Compare that figure to $7000 for every person who dies of cancer, or $2000 for every person that dies of heart failure.

Cancer, heart and diabetes patients did not have a choice in the matter, they could not pick their parents. AIUDS patients for the most part did have a choice. A choice of lifestyle, a choice of protection.

The homosexual community wants you to believe AIDS was spread by Ronald Reagan for not spending as much money as they would have liked on research. Truth be known AIDS was spread by people who cast their fate to the wind, and could care less about curbing their sexual appetite.

The gay community wants to the US to supply medicine for the world’s homosexual casualties of this disease. Can you imagine that? We have senior citizens who can not afford their prescription drugs in this country, but we are going to turn our back on them to help people in other parts of the world, people who refuse to change their sexual habits?

“Shame, shame is right”, but not on this country’s efforts to fight AIDS. “Shame, shame” on the homosexual community that blames us for their promiscuity.
