I think I finally have a beat on the anti George W. Bush feelings among Democrats
and Liberals in general. They hate him so much, in fact their hate for
George is greater than their love of country.
Some still feel George stole the elections in 2000, some feel he is an illegitimate
President. You can not talk common sense with many of these folks, because there
just isn't wiggle room in liking W.
The left will never see that Bush was loved by both Democrats and Republicans
alike in Texas, because he put Texas above party politics. George Bush
wanted to do the same in Washington, but he was not allowed. From the day
his election was verified, he became an instant target.
The mission of the left was to make sure W followed in his father's footsteps,
one term. They did not count on 911.
911 marked the maturing of George W Bush, the making of a true leader. 911
saw a man react as a seasoned world leader, he did not fly off and overnight
bomb everyone we thought was involved. He was prudent, calculating, and surrounded
himself with the best people America had to offer and went about securing safety
for this country. Not one terrorist strike has been recorded stateside
since those days.
I think it's time to give credit where credit is due, W is one hell of a leader,
and he doesn't run from his responsibilities. Can you picture what Al Gore would
have done? Scary isn't it?
That's
how I see it!
