Our actions of the past, or our failure to react the past, encourage
others to act upon us today. Why are the Saddam loyalists
attacking our troops in drive by form? The Loyalists
believe that we will run, like we did in Somalia.
242 American Marines were killed in the 1983 in the Beirut bombings
of the U.S. Embassy and the Marine barracks? What did President
Reagan do? Nothing.
When the World Trade Center was bombed in 1993, what did President
Clinton do? Nothing.
We give the impression we don't want to fight for our way of
life. If Howard Dean is serious about his stance in Iraq and
the war on terror in general, we better hope someone else is
elected in 2004. Thank God for George W, Bush.
Last night in Los Angeles, a group of Hollywood leftists got
together in a ceremonial roasting of the President, The event
was billed “Hate Bush”. I kid you not. Round up the usual
suspects, they were there. These are the same people that
are opposed to “Hate Speech” and “Hate Crimes” . Isn't
it amazing? I guess hate is not such as bad thing, it just
depends on who you direct it against.
I hope your eyes are wide open to the hypocrisy of the President's
detractors. It's not the economy stupid!. They lost that
part of the platform. It's not prescription drugs for seniors,
that disappeared last week. I guess hatred is the only
item left on their agenda.
