Two news stories grabbed my attention this week, both scaring the living daylights
out of me. First there were the 2 Palestinians caught with chemical weapons,
poised to destroy some federal buildings in Jordan. The estimates are if they
would have been successful, 20,000 people, mostly Arabs would have died.
Yesterday police busted up a cell of terrorists who planned to explode several
bombs at the Manchester United soccer match in London Saturday night, death toll
there could have exceeded 67,000 at the stadium.
I bring these two stories up because there are some in this country who feel
we are being inhumane to the terrorists held in Guantanamo Base, Cuba, and we
should extend the US Courts to them. Perhaps even supply them with lawyers, at
our expense?
Hey folks, especially you lollipops on the left, we are at WAR! Have been since
September 11th 2001. Wake up and smell the coffee, before you end up smelling
the fumes.
