Made in America, that is what I am looking for when I buy my next computer.

My 2 sons have Dell laptops, their AC adapters broke so I called Dell and ordered 2 new ones, with overnight delivery. They charged me for it, but it happens that customer service is in India, and the lady did not speak very good English. They sent the parts by land. Well I missed my deadline, and they boys could not use their PCs.

When I called and complained, I was told I had to go back to their web page and go through all kinds of hoops to get it sent again. I told them that I would not do that, they had to make it good, and pick up the tab for shipping it overnight. You go to the web page!

Long story, Dell customer service sucks. You can not even send an email complaining to the home office, you are sent through a mine field of rigmarole just to tell them you are pissed.

No dude, you are not getting a Dell, and I hope I just gave you enough reasons not to. If you have a complaint, you have to go to India to file it, and they won’t understand why you are mad anyway.

The hell with Dell,

That's How I see it!
