It always happens after a natural disaster, some dastardly, low life carpetbaggers come in and try to feats off the victims. Hurricane Charley has produced such scum.

Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist is lowering the hammer on some preying scurvy who tried to bilk an 85 year woman survivor of Charley.  This is as low as low can get, trying to rip off an elderly person who is bereaved and not in full command of all faculties.

The state of Florida, and the country in general should pass laws that lock these piece of crap up for a long period of time. Crimes that occur at times such as this emergency, should be punished to the absolute max.

Water going for $3 a bottle?  Roofers and other construction types who want to get rich quick should play the lottery, and not the people. This is a major league sin to prey on the helpless, the shocked, the innocent who have just lost every thing they ever owned.

20 years in jail sounds like a pretty good sentence for such depravity.

That's How I see it!
