Get the feeling politics will never be the same in this country?  No, I am not going to drop a bomb on the democrats as I usually do, I am appalled at the system, both Dems and GOP are acting like children.

We no longer have statesmen, we have power hungry politicians who care little about us, it's re-election and power that matters.

This mess of changing the filibuster rules is funny. Democrats become the first to use a filibuster for federal judge nominations, forcing 60 votes as opposed to 51 as the Constitution requires, and then blame Republicans for being the ones to change the rules.

Tom Delay obviously has some ethics issues, and the Republicans then drag out Democrats who also have slept with lobbyists.

What happened to the Bob Doles of the world? This stuff never got as nasty in the previous decades.  Seems like the attacks on Bill Clinton during his reign opened the door to this kind of politics.  Don’t get me wrong, Clinton’s people also did this.

I wonder if any good people will open themselves to this kind of attack in the future? It may leave us with the bottom of the barrel to choose from, you know... the lesser of two evils!

That’s How I See It!

    God Bless,
  Teddy
