Politics as usual, it is becoming very difficult to be a part of the system. Democrats are way out there, I mean way out there. Republican Senators lack testicular fortitude, the mere threat of a filibuster from the Democrats, and the GOP cowers.

This is the political landscape we see today.

I see the major contributors to both parties, same people give to the GOP, give to the Democrats. They hedge their bets.

The idea of becoming an Independent has never sounded better to me. I mean it, I have contemplated heading down to the Supervisor of Elections office and changing my party affiliation.

I would never become a Democrat, I have nothing in common with them, but I am having less and less in common with the Republicans everyday.

I am not alone, I get many emails daily from people who feel the same way. Their party is not being responsive to their ideals. It’s a lonely feeling.

I like George W. Bush, I do not believe he lied to us. I think he lays back way too much, and does not come out fighting until the very last minute. He could use some support from the rest of his party, but the GOP Senators always hold their fingers up in the air to see which way the wind is blowing.

The Democratic Senators? Please!!!

Next time we talk, I may have made the switch.

That’s how I see it!

    Praise God (Laus Deo),
