We have a President who speaks like we do. His gaffe’ while addressing British Prime Minister Tony Blair this past week at the G8 summit was a classic. “W” is one of us.
Who does not trip across that dreaded “S” word daily? Be honest, let’s see a show of hand, who does come across the “S” word daily?
It’s an interesting word, it’s a noun, an adjective, and it’s probably the first bad word we all learned.
People threaten to kick it out of you, they describe your cooking, your wardrobe, your attitude, etc, it is Americana at it’s very best.
Was anybody offended by W’s use of the “S” word? I do not think so, and if they were, that person is wound up tighter than a drum. That person needs to get a life.
Thank Mr. President for showing us a human side, a side even most liberals had to smile about.
