The New York Times has been in the news lately, and not for good reason. Seems the Ole Gray Lady isn’t what she once was, or thought of.
First the scandals, Jayson Blair and others. Article written as news, when it was pure fantasy.
Then came the photos from Abu Ghraib. The details of the torture at Guantanamo and at secret European prisons. You wonder whose side the New York times is on?
Wonder no more, the Times recently published reports of a top secret covert operation tracing terrorist money. The info would have led us to the source, but some one leaked it to the Times, and the Times leaked it to the terrorists.
This brazen attempt at embarrassing the President, left you and me the more vulnerable. The Times doesn’t care, they are angry at Bush for winning 2 elections and want to bring him down, even if it means bringing down the country. Party line first.
In my humble opinion, the publisher and editor of the Times should be brought to justice and face a charge of treason. The actions of the New York Times falls nothing short of that.
