We never talk sports on Webb’s World, but today will be an exception. Jon Gruden should be canned as Bucs Head Coach.
This man who came with an offensive genius tag, has been everything but. His team was the lowest scoring team in the league, his team is wearing down on defense because of years of neglect, and his team posted a 4-12 record.
Jon Gruden won the Super Bowl with Tony Dungy’s team, but has failed to rebuild or retool the roster. His efforts are falling short, proving once again that a coach should coach, and let front office folks handle player personnel. Gruden is trying to do it all, and he is not succeeding.
Without the benefit of a killer draft and significant free agent signing, the 2007 Bucs will also be at the bottom of the food chain.
Gruden gotta go!
